Objectives
This course aims to provide students with a solid understanding of how darknets such as Tor, FreeNet, and I2P operate. It encourages a critical perspective that enables participants to assess their use for legitimate purposes, while understanding both their advantages and limitations. The course will also cover common censorship and anti-censorship mechanisms, and will provide practical training on how to use these networks both from the end-user and service provider perspectives.

Students and faculty members of the University of Seville.
Course Fee
€12 administrative fee. The course itself is fully funded by the BeOneSec Chair in Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence.
Schedule
June 10, 12, 17, 18, and 19 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Telematics Engineering Lab (Workshops and Laboratories Building, ETSI) Room L3 – 1st Floor.
Accreditation
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the University of Seville (Center for Continuing Education).
