SHAIO (Sociedad Hispanoamericana de An\u00e1lisis Input-Output).<\/strong>\u00a0Barcelona, 7 al 9 de Septiembre de 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Abstract:<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this paper is to identify the main drivers of CO2 emissions in Spain, using a Structural decomposition analysis (SDA) from an extended Input-Output Model. Paper derives some recommendations aimed at meeting the decoupling between economic growth and CO2 emissions without damaging competitiveness. Data came from World Input-Output Database (WIOD), a free database which offers relevant data for the period 1995-2009.
